Whispering Embers

Whispering Embers is our Rauch Bier, an Oktoberfest lager made with Beechwood smoked malts from Bamberg, Germany. Mild aroma is sweet with a bit of smoke and fruit. Flavor is nice, sweet and smoky, with some dark fruit notes. Finish is dry and smoky.
The name was inspired from a phrase from the book "Moon Over Madeline Island" by Jay Gilbertson.
